What We Don't Guarantee

Catch-All Emails
Some domains are configured to accept all emails—even ones that don't exist. We detect these and mark them as Catch-All.
We can't guarantee deliverability for catch-all addresses because the server won't tell us if a specific mailbox exists. Delivery is possible but not certain.
Our recommendation: Test catch-all emails in small batches before sending to all of them.
Emails That Change After Verification
Email addresses can become invalid after we verify them. Someone might:
- Delete their account
- Change jobs (and lose their work email)
- Let their domain expire
- Have their mailbox fill up
If you verify a list today and send to it six months later, some emails will have gone bad. That's not a failure of verification—that's just how email works.

Your Email Content or Sender Reputation
We verify that an email address exists and can receive mail. We can't guarantee that your email will land in the inbox.
Inbox placement depends on many factors we don't control:
